James Romm

James S. Romm is a Professor of Classics at Bard College and resides in Barrytown, New York. He is the editor and translator of Seneca's work "How to Die: An Ancient Guide to the End of Life" and the author of "Dying Every Day: Seneca at the Court of Nero." Among other contributions, he has written articles for the New York Review of Books and the Wall Street Journal.
