Anastasia Athanasoula - Reppa

Anastasia Athanasoula-Reppa is a former professor at the Higher School of Pedagogical and Technological Education (ASPETE), where she served as Head of the General Department of Pedagogical Courses and was a member of its Governing Committee. She studied Political Science, Public Administration, and Sociology at Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences, where she obtained her master's and doctoral degrees. She has taught at several universities in Greece and abroad and has delivered numerous lectures and seminars at educational institutions and organizations. She is a Tutor-Advisor at the Hellenic Open University, and her scientific interests focus on educational administration and organizational behavior, with an emphasis on educational organizations, professional satisfaction, and the development of human resources in education, among other areas. Her work has been published in Greece and internationally, and her contributions have been widely cited.
