Nikos Tsaknis
Nikos Tsaknis was born in Karditsa in 1952. He studied economics at the Higher Industrial School of Thessaloniki. He lives and works in Volos as a journalist. Additionally, he has participated as a researcher and copywriter in the design of communication strategies for companies in both the private and public sectors. Between 2003-2004, he collaborated with the Municipality of Volos and the Athens 2004 Olympic Games Organizing Committee, developing the program for cultural events in the city of Volos. His writings have been staged at the Municipal Theatre of Volos by the Volos Regional Theatre, with which he collaborated as a producer, and his lyrics have been set to music by well-known Greek composers. His book "Argonauts' Feats" (2004) has been translated into English, while the screenplay of the same name was staged by the New Stage of the National Theatre of Prague, Laterna Magika. In 2016, "The Encyclopedia of the Lad" was published by Kastaniotis Editions, and in 2018, "The Boarding School of Misbehaving Children" was released by Kedros Editions.
