Maria Giannakopoulou

Maria Giannakopoulou was born in Athens. She is a graduate of the School of Philosophy at the University of Athens and has extensive experience in text editing, particularly in children's literature and educational, archaeological, and other scientific publications. She has collaborated with Antigoni Metaxa, the "Organization for the Publication of Educational Books," "Archaeological Annals of Athens," the Academy of Athens, among others. For fifteen years, she was an executive at "Ekdotiki Athinon." Her works include: - "The Pitcher of Life and Other Tales," Athens 1965 (under the pseudonym Maria Siti). - "Seventeen-Syllables," Athens 1987. - "Chinese Legends," Difros Publications, Athens 1958 (translated from English).
