Frank Cottrell Boyce

Frank Cottrell Boyce was born in 1962 in Liverpool to teacher parents. He still lives in Liverpool today with his wife and their seven children. After studying at Oxford, he pursued a career in screenwriting for films, including successes such as "Welcome to Sarajevo," "Hilary and Jackie," and "24 Hour Party People."
