Paul J. Nahin

Paul Nahin is a professor of electrical engineering at the University of New Hampshire. He has authored the books "Oliver Heaviside," "Time Machines," and "The Science of Radio," as well as dozens of science fiction short stories, which have been published in the magazines Omni, Analog, and Twilight Zone.
