Maria Latsari

Maria Latsari was born and lives in Thessaloniki. She studied Biology at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) and holds a Ph.D. in Neuroscience. She works at the School of Veterinary Medicine at AUTH. She has participated in numerous conferences in Greece and abroad and has published in reputable international journals. She contributed to the translation of the books "Phantoms in the Brain" (Crete University Press, 2004) and "Vision and Art" (Parisianou Scientific Publications, 2010). Her poems have been published in the magazine "Entefktirio" (issue 106) and in the collective work "Love in the Time of Crisis: A Poetic Diary from the Eyelands Website" (iWrite.gr publications, 2014). Her first book review was published in the online magazine "O Anagnostis."
