Eyagelos Livieratos

Evangelos Livieratos has been a professor of higher geodesy and cartography at the Polytechnic School of the University of Thessaloniki since 1979. He has collaborated with research institutions and universities in the United States, Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, and Italy. Currently, he is the chair of the International Cartographic Association (ICA) Commission on Digital Technologies in Cartographic Heritage and the editor of the international online journal e-Perimetron, which focuses on the sciences and technologies related to the history of cartography and maps.
