Gerasimos Kakolyris

Gerasimos Kakolyris is an Assistant Professor of Contemporary Continental Philosophy in the Department of Philosophy at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He studied at the universities of Essex and Warwick in the United Kingdom. He is the author of the monographs "Jacques Derrida and Deconstructive Reading" (Ekkremes, 2004) and "The Ethics of Hospitality: Jacques Derrida on Unconditional and Conditional Hospitality" (Plethron, 2017). He has also edited the collective volume "The Political and Ethical Thought of Jacques Derrida" (Plethron, 2015), as well as a special issue of the journal Eneken (issue 42, 2016) on hospitality.
