Eyagelos V. Mpakas

Evangelos Bakas, son of Vasileios, was born in Megalo Seirini, Grevena, where he spent his challenging childhood years. He is a high school graduate and holds a diploma from the Technical School of Electricians. He is married and a father of two children. Since 1971, he has been working at the Public Power Corporation. He has been involved in writing for over fifteen years, with his first official appearance on April 5, 1993, when he was honored with a special distinction for a short story. This was part of the first nationwide short story and poetry competition organized by the General Confederation of Greek Workers (GSEE). His first novel, "The Four Walls," was published in 1994 by Isokratis Publishing.
