Nikos Trimikliniotis

Nikos Trimikliniotis leads the "Societal Conditions for Reconciliation in Cyprus" program for the Peace Research Institute Oslo (PRIO) Cyprus Centre. He also directs the Centre for the Study of Migration, Interethnic, and Labour Relations (the Cyprus Observatory on Racism, Xenophobia, and Fundamental Rights). He is an Associate Professor at the University of Nicosia and holds a PhD, a master's degree in "Gender and Ethnic Studies," and a "Barrister at Law" diploma. He has edited collective books and journals and published studies in academic journals, books, and EU reports on constitutional and political issues, the law and sociology of migration and labor, as well as racism and xenophobia, reconciliation, education, the free movement of workers, and discrimination in Cyprus, Europe, and South Africa.
