
Kostas I. Kantas
Kostas Ioan. Kantas was born in Kalythies - Faliraki, Rhodes. During his childhood, the Italian-German occupation of the Dodecanese instilled in him the vision of Freedom, which he was fortunate to witness in 1948. He attended the Venetokleio High School of Rhodes, studied pedagogy in Rhodes, and philology at the University of Athens. For decades, he has been offering his educational services at his namesake school in the suburb of Vrilissia, Athens. He is a member of the Panhellenic Union of Writers, the National Society of Greek Writers, the Association of Theatrical Writers, and the Association of Historical Writers. He has published hundreds of articles in newspapers and magazines on educational, literary, and historical topics.
