Stayros Mparoutas

Stavros Baroutas was born in Thessaloniki. He studied Marketing at Ulster University, holds an MBA from Kingston University, and earned a doctorate in Leadership from Breyer State University-USA. He is a member of the Faculty of CMI at the Chartered Management Institute in England and is certified by them in management (CMgr) with a focus on Managing Change and Leading People. He has worked in multinational and Greek companies as a salesperson, sales trainer, and sales manager, and he is currently the Director of Northern Greece for a major pharmaceutical company. In his free time, apart from spending time with his family, he teaches Leadership, Management, Strategy, Change, and Personal Development.
