Dimitris Damaskinos

Dimitris Damaskinos was born in Chalkida, where he completed his secondary education. He is a graduate of the Department of History and Archaeology at the School of Philosophy of the University of Athens (EKPA) and works as a philologist in Secondary Education. Since 2010, he has been living permanently in Chania, Crete. His articles, mainly on the Occupation, Resistance, and Civil War, as well as local history and literature, have been published in numerous newspapers, both in Athens and the provinces, as well as in scientific and literary journals.
