Dimitris Agelatos

Dimitris Angelatos was born in Athens in 1958. He is a Professor of Literary Theory and Comparative Literature in the Department of Byzantine and Modern Greek Studies at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Cyprus, where he has been teaching since 1994. He has published books on the works of D. Solomos and K. Karyotakis, on post-war prose, and on the theory of literary genres. His other studies on issues of Literary Theory, Modern Greek, and Comparative Literature have been published in collected volumes and journals.
