Eyagelos Protopapadakis

Evangelos Protopapadakis was born in Athens in 1972. He graduated from the Classical Lyceum of Anavryta. He studied Philosophy at the Department of Philosophy, Pedagogy, and Psychology of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He was awarded a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of Athens in 2002, with his doctoral dissertation on "The Idea of Euthanasia in Contemporary Bioethics." Since 2004, he has been teaching at the Department of Philosophy, Pedagogy, and Psychology of the University of Athens, initially as an appointed lecturer and, since 2009, as a Lecturer specializing in Applied Ethics. His articles have been published in Greek and international scientific journals, collective volumes, and conference proceedings. He has published four monographs in Greek and has edited one collective work in English and another in Greek. He is a member of various philosophical societies both domestically and internationally.
