Heinz Guderian

Heinz Wilhelm Guderian was a military officer, military art theorist, and General of the German Army (Wehrmacht) during World War II. He was the one who devised the Blitzkrieg strategy and implemented it in the campaigns against Poland, France, and the USSR. Although he never attained the rank of Field Marshal, he is considered one of the most significant military figures of World War II.
