Mark Leonard

Mark Leonard is the Director of Foreign Policy at the Centre for European Reform, focusing on transatlantic relations, the Middle East, and Sino-American relations. He served as the director of the Foreign Policy Centre, a think tank he founded at the age of 24. He is responsible for transatlantic relations at the German Marshall Fund of the United States.
