Magdalena Droste

Magdalena Droste studied art history and literature in Aachen and Marburg. She has been working at the Bauhaus Archive in Berlin since 1980 and has been teaching art history at the Brandenburg University of Technology in Cottbus since 1997. She has collaborated on numerous exhibitions and publications about Bauhaus artists and has written essays on the Bauhaus furniture and textile workshops, as well as on craftsmanship as a female profession.
