Massimo Lucchesi

Massimo Lucchesi was born in Viareggio on January 25, 1968. After a rather brief football career as a playmaker, in 1990, he attended the coaching school in Florence, obtaining the initial coaching license for young footballers. That same year, he began coaching at the Nuove Leve Massarosa football school and, in the following years, offered his services to various teams in Versilia, coaching all levels of youth divisions. In 1998, he launched a website dedicated to tactical, technical, and other issues that a football coach must address to successfully carry out their duties. This site was the precursor to today's Allenatore.net. In the same year, he also obtained the UEFA B Diploma by attending the Coverciano school. In 2002, he founded a publishing house named www.allenatore.net. He is the author of numerous books. The translation of his books into various languages is also the main reason for his invitation as a speaker at seminars organized in different countries, where he primarily analyzes topics related to tactics in defense and attack, as well as the organization of football team preparation.
