
David Foenkinos
David Foenkinos was born in Paris in 1974 under the dual sign of Scorpio. In 2003, he was awarded the Hachette Foundation scholarship. His third novel, "The Erotic Potential of My Wife," received the Roger-Nimier Prize in 2004, recognizing him as a promising young author. In 2007, the inventive "Who Remembers David Foenkinos?" was honored with the Giono Prize. In 2011, he adapted his book "La Delicatesse" for the cinema with his brother, starring Audrey Tautou. His thirteenth novel, "Charlotte," won the Renaudot and Goncourt des Lycéens awards. His books have been translated into forty languages.
