Kiki Emmanouilidou was born and raised in Stavros, Veria. She lives and works in Thessaloniki. She is a member of the Northern Greece Chefs and Pastry Chefs Club, the International Slow Food Movement, and the Union of Journalists of Periodical and Electronic Press of Macedonia-Thrace (E.DI.P.I.T.). She has attended numerous gastronomy seminars and participated in significant tasting workshops related to Greek and international cuisine, as well as pastry making. She has authored cookbooks and curated many publications with similar content: "Kiki's Recipes" (featuring 1,000 recipes), "Greek Pie," "Authentic Cretan Cuisine," "Family Meals for €5.00," "72 Chefs of Thessaloniki Recommend," and book series titled "New Mediterranean Diet Recipes," "Cooking Fast and Tasty," "Economical Recipes," among others. Her books are published by Malliaris-Paideia. Her recipes are presented by herself on radio and television shows and are also published in magazines in Thessaloniki and abroad. She is a lover of traditional Greek cuisine, and her favorite dishes include stuffed cabbage rolls, rooster with bulgur and fresh butter, and stuffed vegetables without meat.
