Spyridoula Athanasopoulou - Kypriou

Spiroydoula (Denia) Athanasopoulou-Kypriou was born in 1973 in Athens. She studied theology in Greece and England and holds a PhD in Theology from the University of Manchester. She works as a teacher in private education and has been teaching at the postgraduate level at the Hellenic Open University since 2006. Since 2012, she has combined her teaching and research experience in the field of humanities with her interest in the human condition, specializing in adult psychotherapy (MSc, University of Derby). Her research interests include the dialogue between theology, literature, and critical theories, human rights, and the relationship between gender and religion.
