Tzoulia Ganasou

Julia Ganasou studied Computer Science at the Athens University of Economics and Business and the University of London, Literature (as a scholarship recipient) at the Sorbonne University and the University of Edinburgh, and European Culture at the Hellenic Open University. She makes her living from computer science. Her short stories and articles on literature are published in print and online media. She has published the following books: "On Black Keys" (Novel, Govostis Editions 2006 - excerpts included in the University of Edinburgh's collective edition "World Cities"). "Umbilical Cord" (Novel, Govostis Editions 2011 - participated in: 4th International Festival at Dasein, 1st Athens Young Authors Festival, 9th Glasgow Young Artists Festival). "Until the End" (Novella, Govostis Editions 2013 - nominated for the "New Author Award 2013" by the literary magazine "Klepsydra" and the "State Literature Award 2014"). "Kneeling" (Novella, Govostis Editions 2017 - 2nd place in the "Short Form with a Mediterranean Theme 2017" competition, University of Exeter, and "Short Story Award" at the Public Book Awards 2018).
