Joel Levy is an author and journalist based in London. He has written scientific and historical books, articles for the British press, and has appeared on television. He focuses on history and paranormal phenomena and has authored numerous books, including "Real Useful"—which explores the historical and scientific explanation of everyday life, "KISS Guide to the Unexplained"—an introductory guide to the mysteries and secrets of history, paranormal and supernatural phenomena, "Scam: Secrets of the Con Artist"—an insightful look into the world and history of magicians and their tricks, and "Fabulous Creatures"—which discusses mythical creatures from folklore. He holds a degree in Biological Sciences and a master's degree in Psychology.
