Georgios N. Leontsinis

Georgios N. Leontsinis is an Emeritus Professor of Modern Greek History and History Didactics at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has taught or continues to teach Modern Greek and European History and History Didactics at the Department of History of the Ionian University, the Departments of Education at the Universities of Thessaly and Athens, Harokopio University, and as a visiting professor at universities abroad. He has published books, scientific studies, and articles in Greek, French, and English and has participated with scientific presentations at numerous conferences both domestically and internationally. On his initiative, along with many colleagues, the "Society for the Theory, Research, and Didactics of History" was founded and has been operating since 2006, where he serves as President.
