Dionysis Anastasopoulos

Dionysis Anastasopoulos was born in Athens, with roots in the mountainous region of Arcadia. He graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Lecce in Italy, specializing in Philosophy, and from the Faculty of Philosophy, Pedagogy, and Psychology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He holds a Ph.D. focusing on Cultural Policy & Diplomacy from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences, Department of Communication, Media, and Culture. He also obtained a Master's degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens with a focus on Political Philosophy, Culture, and Communication, and another Master's from Panteion University in Cultural Policy, Management and Organization of Cultural Institutions, Intercultural Communication, and Applications of Advanced Technologies in Cultural Policy & Management. He has participated in numerous postgraduate seminars concerning vulnerable social groups and has contributed to many international and Greek scientific conferences. His studies and articles have been published in media outlets in Greece and abroad. His research interests are related to cultural practices, particularly the formation of identities and cultural policy and communication.
