Yaser Ibrahim Aly Ellethy

Yaser Ibrahim Aly Ellethy studied classical philology at Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt. He completed his postgraduate studies at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where he was awarded a doctorate. Since 1991, he has taught ancient Greek language and literature in Egypt. From 2000 to the present, he has been teaching language, philology, and Islamic studies at the University of Macedonia. His research focuses on ancient Greek culture and its relations with Arab-Islamic culture, the exploration of the historical evolution of Islam, its contemporary relationship with the West, and Eastern-Islamic studies in general.
