Dionysios Kostidis

Dionysios Kostidis was born in Astakos, Aetolia-Acarnania, but grew up and lived in Thessaloniki and Athens. He is a member of the National Society of Greek Writers. He received the first prize for short stories from the Society of Greek Writers (Veropoulou) in 1990 for his book "Arid Land." For his essay book "The World, Life, People," he was awarded the Greek "P.E.N. CLUB" prize in 2001. He served as an administrative judge, reaching the rank of President of the Court of Appeals, and retired from judicial service in 1989.
