Mal Leicester

H Mal Leicester is a Professor of Education and Adult Teaching at the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom. Previously, she taught at the University of Warwick. She has taught at all levels of the educational system and served as a Consultant for the Avon Education Authority on Multicultural Education. She has published works on the philosophy of education, continuing education, values in education, as well as on ethnicity and disability. Falmer Press publishes the six-volume work "Values, Culture and Education," which she co-edits. Following research on aspects of educational inequality, she founded the Research Center for Educational Inclusion at the University of Nottingham.
