
Kostas X. Giannopoulos
Kostas X. Giannopoulos was born in Athens in 1952. He is a journalist and author. For five years, he collaborated with the newspaper "I Epohi," where he maintained the column "Peritexna" and created sketches. He also worked with the magazine "Stigma" from its inception until its publication was suspended (2000-2010). He served as a consultant for the Cultural Organization of the Municipality of Athens (1998-2002) with the "Symparataxi for Athens." He published book reviews in "Kathimerini" and "Nea Estia." He hosted programs featuring Greek poetry set to music on the Third Program of ERA (2001-2002). He contributed articles to "Galera" (2007-2010) and published in the magazine "Historia Eikonografimeni." He authored a monograph on Periklis Giannopoulos titled "Portrait Burned in Light" (Ilektra Publications, 2007). He collaborates with the street magazine "Shedia" and manages the website strovilos.gr
