Vagia Pseftaki was born in Kavala and studied English Philology at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She is a scholar of magical traditions and is actively involved in issues of neopaganism and Wicca. She is a close collaborator with the magazine Mystery, where she regularly contributes articles. She participated in the collective works "Searching for the Lost Power" (2007), "Strange Cults" (2007), and "7 Books of Magic" (2007). On behalf of Archetypo Publications, she has translated the books "Wicca: A Guide for the Solitary Practitioner" (2008) by S. Cunningham, "Aradia: The Gospel of the Witches" (2009) by C.G. Leland, and "Astral Projection: A Complete Guide" (2009) by D. Tyson, as well as the classic novel "The Vampire Tapestry" (2010) by Suzy McKee Charnas (published by Ars Nocturna). She lives and works in Thessaloniki.
