Jeremy Black

Jeremy Black is a professor in the Department of History at the University of Exeter. He was born in London and studied at Oxford and Cambridge before teaching at Durham University. In 2000, he was awarded an MBE for his work in stamp design. Professor Black frequently appears on television and radio and has lectured in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Spain, and France. He has authored numerous books, including "War: Past, Present and Future" (2000), "World War Two" (2003), and "Rethinking Military History" (2004).
