Vivian Eythymiopoulou

Vivian Efthymiopoulou was born in 1970. She studied archaeology and art history. She has been dedicated to cooking for nearly twenty years. She began writing about gastronomy under the pseudonym "Athenaios" for the online news portal Flash.gr and currently contributes to the magazine "Gastronomos" of the newspaper "Kathimerini."
