Norman Davies

Norman Davies is one of the most widely read authors by the European public. He was born in 1939 in Bolton, Lancashire, and graduated from Magdalen College, Oxford, as well as the University of Sussex. He is currently an honorary fellow at Wolfson College, Oxford, a member of the Royal Historical Society, and an honorary professor at London University. He specializes in the history of Eastern European countries, particularly Poland.
