Lakrima Michail

Lacrima - Mantilena Michail (Sibiu, Romania, 1955) teaches Romanian language, literature, and culture at the University of Western Macedonia, Department of Balkan Studies (Florina). She is a graduate of Gheoghe Lasar College in Sibiu and studied French and English philology at the University of Cluj-Napoca in Romania. She holds a degree in French Philology from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a postgraduate diploma in "Language and Communication Sciences" from the same university. She is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Romanian Language and Literature at the University of Sibiu, Romania. For many years, she has been the director of studies and owner of Foreign Language Centers in Thessaloniki, as well as an evaluator and grader for the State Language Proficiency Examinations of the Ministry of Education.
