
Giannis Mayritsakis
Giannis Mavritsakis was born in Montreal. He interrupted his studies at the Faculty of Philosophy in Athens and graduated from the National Theatre Drama School. He has written the plays: "The Blind Spot" (2006), "Wolfgang" (2007), "Dirty Work" (2008), "Vitrioli" (2010), "Shift to Red" (2012), "The Invocation of Charm" (2014), and "Quasar" (2016). "Vitrioli" was featured in the official program of the Avignon Festival in 2014, directed by Olivier Py and produced by the National Theatre. His works have been translated, published, and performed in many countries. In 2019, he completed his novel "Sacramento," which was published in 2020 by Odos Panos Publications
