Kon CHrysoulis
Kon Chrysoulis was born and raised in Australia, where he published his first self-published comic series, "Clans." He collaborated with writer Nick Bugeja for Impulse Comics and illustrated the comic "Blood Sport." After moving to Athens in 2000, he began self-publishing his comic anthology "Stories of Endless Vanity," which reached 10 issues by 2004 before concluding. He co-founded the group "Subart" and published 3 issues (in photocopy form) and three more through Giganto. From 2001 to 2005, he collaborated with the Eleftherotypia comics anthology "9," where, in addition to standalone stories, he published episodes of his futuristic allegory "Empty Testament." He worked with the newspaper "Paraskevi + 13" throughout 2006, publishing his "Autobio Comics," autobiographical stories, and commentary on life in central Athens. He is the composer, guitarist, and vocalist of the post-punk/glam band "autodivine." Kon is self-taught.
