Maria Dalamitrou

Maria Dalamitrou was born in Kozani in 1978. She graduated from the School of English Language and Literature at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and pursued postgraduate studies in the field of Literature and Culture. She is a PhD candidate in the Department of Literature at the University of Essex in England. Since 2003, she has been working as an educator in Secondary Education. In 1994, she received the Second Prize for Young Poets from the Historical Library of Kozani.
