Katerina Daskalaki

Katerina Daskalaki was born in Athens in March 1944. She studied law at the University of Athens and attended journalism seminars in Paris. From a very young age, she worked for many years in both magazine and daily press, where she held executive positions, as well as in radio. Among other roles, she served as editor, columnist, and feature writer for the newspaper "Mesimvrini." She was also a Member of the European Parliament (1994-1999). She has translated literature and essays from French. "The Eighth Month" is her fourth book.
