Maria Angela Cernigliaro
Maria Angela Cernigliaro-Tsouroula was born in Naples, Italy. She holds degrees in Greek Philology and in History and Philosophy from the University of Federico II in Naples. She completed her dissertation, titled "The Influence of Ludovico Ariosto on the Works of Italo Calvino," at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She works in Athens at the Teaching Center of the University of Athens and the Italian Cultural Institute. She has authored books on the Didactics of the Italian language, novels, and essays, which have been published in Greece and Italy
