Anastasia Marinopoulou

Anastasia Marinopoulou graduated from the University of Sussex in the UK with a PhD in Philosophy. Her publications include the monograph "Critical Theory and Epistemology: the Politics of Modern Thought and Science" (Manchester University Press, 2017) and the edited volume "Cosmopolitan Modernity" (Oxford, Peter Lang International Academic Publishers, 2015). Her doctoral dissertation was published as a monograph titled "The Concept of the Political in Max Horkheimer and Jurgen Habermas" (Nissos Academic Publications, 2008). Recent research positions include a Research Fellowship at the University of Texas at Austin (USA, Department of Philosophy and Harry Ransom Center for the Humanities, 2017) and the G. Papaioannou Fellowship at the American School of Classical Studies in Athens and Princeton (Greece and USA, 2013-14). She teaches at the Hellenic Open University.
