Todd Parr

Todd Parr grew up in Wyoming and lives near San Francisco. As a child, he loved to draw, but he faced rejection from dozens of galleries until 1998, when his drawings caught the attention of Little Brown's literary agent, Megan Tingley, who encouraged him to write children's books. His books have won awards and have been translated worldwide, and he has also been recognized for his children's television show, "Toddworld."
