Vasilis A. Kardasis

Vasilis Kardasis was born in 1956 in Dimitsana. He studied economics at the University of Athens and economic history at Paris I University. Since 1987, he has been teaching economic history in the Department of Economics at the University of Crete, where he currently serves as a professor. His studies and articles have been published in Greece and abroad. His research focuses on modern Greek history, with an emphasis on social and economic history.
