Georgia CHioni

Georgia Chioni graduated from the Faculty of Law at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She subsequently completed postgraduate and doctoral studies. She has published novels ("The Telescope of Time," "The Princess of Thassos," "The Tears of the Princess," "One Truth, a Thousand Lies," "The Princess of Oblivion"), novellas ("Injustice," "The Lament of a Rebel"), and a book of her theatrical texts ("The Pink Scarf and In Cold Blood"). "The Telescope of Time" was awarded by UNESCO, and "The Princess of Thassos" received the Best Historical Novel award. Her theatrical works are performed on various stages across Greece. She has written screenplays for the big screen in Greece, the United Kingdom, and America, as well as scripts for comics. She has received numerous awards in Greek and European competitions. She is also involved in directing and independent productions, most of which have been awarded at international festivals. She is a member of the Greek Screenwriters Guild and the Society of Greek Directors.
