Venetia Kapachtsi
Venetia Kapachtsi holds a degree in English Philology from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a specialization in teaching from the University of Edinburgh. She has a Master's degree in "Administration and Organization of Education" from the Department of Primary Education at the University of Thessaly and a Ph.D. focusing on school unit self-evaluation and teacher training. She also holds a postdoctoral degree from the University of Macedonia. She has worked in both private and public education sectors. Appointed in secondary education since 1995, she served as a career guidance counselor until 2008, coordinated European programs, and has been a school principal since 2011. Venetia has been working as a Scientific Associate at ASPAITE since 2011 and is involved in the Educational Administration postgraduate program at the University of Macedonia. She is the author of the books: a) "The Evaluation of the Teacher's Work: Attitudes of Greek Secondary Education Teachers towards Evaluation," b) "Self-Evaluation of the School Unit: A Developmental Process," and c) "With the Mentor in the Team." Venetia has published in both Greek and international scientific journals and has presented at Greek and international conferences.
