Dimitris Karakousis

Dimitris Karakousis was born and raised in Lamia and is a graduate of the School of Electronic Computer Systems Engineering in Piraeus. He serves as an educator in Secondary Education and has also worked across all three educational levels. His great love for nature led him to the fascinating world of bees, where he produces flower honey (thyme, heather, wildflowers, fruit trees) and honeydew (fir, pine), pollen, and royal jelly. From the beginning of his involvement, he engaged in nomadic beekeeping, seeking out pastures for bees, which allowed him to gain experience in the flora of each region and in beekeeping practices. He is married and has two children with whom he spends a lot of time.
