
CHaris Papadopoulos
Haris Papadopoulos was born in 1970 in Athens. His life's work has been dedicated to the creation and dissemination of the "Slimmer" nutrition system. In this context, he published his book "Slimmer - Lose Weight the Greek Way" in 2009, which became the most successful book in its category ever published in Greece. Three years later, the foreign language edition titled "The New Mediterranean Diet" was released, achieving great success and receiving praise from critics. In 2015, in collaboration with Mrs. Vefa Alexiadou, he created the book "Vefa Cooks Slimmer." He is also the co-author, alongside Yiannis Manalis, of the novels "Suitcases and Off We Go," "Girls in the Sun," and their landmark novel "My Godmother Aliki." Today, Haris Papadopoulos, having completed the Coaching-Teaching program at Chopra University, organizes self-awareness and self-improvement groups.
