Stella Karampakaki
Stella Karampakaki was born on April 22, at the cusp of winter and spring, and is a Taurus, often like a bull in a china shop. She graduated from the Department of Communication and Media Studies at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She completed her studies at the Music High School of Pallini and attended music lessons for many years at the "Philippos Nakas Conservatory." She is proficient in English, Russian, and Bulgarian. Stella is involved in writing, painting, and songwriting. Her first book, "Men Are Like Shoes," was published in December 2009 by Polytropon Editions. In November 2010, Periplous Editions released an avant-garde publication, "An Elf in the Garden of Utopia," where Stella wrote the poetry and her father the prose, in a generational game seeking Utopia. In the summer of 2012, her book "Like a Tramp with the Lady" was published by Polytropon Editions, sold out, and is now in its second edition. This was followed in the summer of 2013 by the release of her book "A Bachelor in Athens," again by Polytropon Editions.
In her books, she satirizes the relationships between the sexes with natural humor and particularly sharp language. She has created dozens of satirical videos, several musical pieces, articles, humorous TV quotes, and countless photos of all kinds. Her poems have been set to music by Thanos Lyberopoulos.
