Stergios Mitas

Stergios Mitas was born in 1980 in Thessaloniki. He studied law at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where he earned his PhD in the philosophy of law. Since 2014, he has been working as a lecturer in the philosophy and methodology of law at the University of Nicosia. He has published the books "On the Relationship Between Democracy and Socialism" [co-authored with Eftychia Achtsioglou and Iordanis Koumasidis], Thyrathen, 2012, "Solidarity as a Fundamental Principle of Law," Sakis Karagiorgas Foundation, 2016, and the poetry collection "A Brief Natural History of Theaters," Mikri Arktos, 2013.
